Lovely double rooms available in this large, Victorian, shared house in St Andrews, which is available on a flexibly weekly let. This house is within walking distance to St Andrews park and the shops and cafes on Gloucester Rd. For working professionals only, no students.

• Gorgeous courtyard garden space, which is a sun trap in the summer months.

• Quiet professional household in a great, central location.

• Shared communal living room area with plenty of seating and freeview tv, is the perfect space to socialise with other house mates.

• There are two shared kitchen's in this house, both are fully equipped with everything you need during your stay including all appliances, cooking equipment and crockery.

• There are three shared bathrooms in this house, as well as some rooms having ensuites, meaning there is not too much pressure on the communal space.

• On street parking available

• Live in House Manager who cleans daily keeping the house to a high standard.

• Essentials supplied free of charge throughout your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, Laundry powder and toilet roll. We also supply bedding.

• Minimum 2 week booking. Can stay for as long as you like

• Note: there is a cat that visits this property on occasion, so it may not be suitable for someone with severe allergies.

• £60 non refundable reservation fee to secure your booking. Remaining amount is taken from your card on arrival. No deposit or fees. Price shown is for a 4week booking. Pay weekly accepted (£10 surcharge). Prices are inclusive of all bills.
