About Really Lovely Rooms
Really Lovely Rooms has been operating for almost 20 years, providing quality accommodation across North and Central Bristol. As a small, local company, most of our properties are based in these well-connected areas, meaning we are an ideal options for many.
We’re not a typical lettings agency. Our approach is designed to make letting a room as straightforward and flexible as possible. There are no fixed-term contracts or deposits required, and our weekly arrangements give you the freedom to extend your stay at short notice for as long as you need.
Our dedicated lettings team is available seven days a week to support you before and throughout your stay. We also work with a trusted, long-standing maintenance team and property manager, ensuring any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently — often by familiar faces you’ll recognise around the properties.
Each of our homes has a dedicated House Manager, providing on-site support whenever you need it. They also carry out daily cleaning to maintain consistent standards throughout all properties, helping to ensure a comfortable and well-kept living environment.

Meet the team…
Ami – Director
Ami has been part of Really Lovely Rooms since 2013 and became Director in 2020. She has over 15 years’ experience in property management and lettings, and a very hands-on approach to how the business is run. She’s heavily involved in the day-to-day running of things and cares deeply about making sure residents have a safe, reliable and affordable place to live. Her focus has always been on maintaining quality, while making the whole process as simple and stress-free as possible.
PJ – Operations Manager
PJ looks after all of Really Lovely Rooms operations, ensuring that all aspects of the business can operate smoothly and efficiently. PJ manages all house utilities, product orders, marketing, our IT systems and also forms part of the lettings team.
Shameek & Kerie – Lettings Team
Between Shameek, Kerie and PJ, the lettings team cover 7 days a week, dealing with bookings, payments and general enquiries. They are always just a phone call or email away, offering a friendly, personable level of customer service. The lettings team are generally available between 9am and 5pm.
Angel – Property Manager
Angel manages all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring that our property standards remain high. She liaises closely with our regular trusted contractors and our guests, meaning there is always a good line of communication with any maintenance issues that may arise. We have a dedicated maintenance report platform, making it easy for guest to report and track the progress on any maintenance related issues. We also have a 24/7 emergency phone number to ensure urgent issues are dealt with promptly.
