ADVANCED ROOM BOOKING – Guarantee a room in this area for a future booking
Are you looking to book a room four weeks ahead or more? We don’t always know which rooms will be available (this is because we let by the week). However we can take an ADVANCE BOOKING FOR THE FILTON/HORFIELD AREA in Bristol which will reserve you a room in one of our 10 Filton/Horfield houses (we will let you know nearer the time which house you will be in). If you would prefer to be located closer to the city centre, or Bradley Stoke, you will be able to transfer there as soon as a room becomes available.

When will you tell me where i will be staying?
We aim to contact you a week or two before your booking starts, to let you know the details of the property / room we have booked you into.
What If the house / room is not suitable for my needs?
We have an active relocation list, where you prioritise sharers to be relocated. As soon as a suitable property / room becomes available for you, we will get in touch and arrange for you to move. With our flexible way of letting, it means you can keep relocating until you find the perfect place!
Can I just wait and book a room closer to the time?
You certainly can wait and book a room closer the the time of your move, however our rooms can get booked at anytime and during busy periods, the room you want may not be available. We recommend an advance booking for that added security and we can relocate you if needed.
