Our office will be closed for the Xmas and New year break from 24th December.
The office will open fully from 2nd January. We will not be taking move ins during this time, and move ins will start again from 4th January. You can still place online bookings during this period and your booking will be confirmed via email between the 29th December and the 1st January.

• LOCATION: This house is within walking distance to Cheltenham Road and Gloucester Road, where there are plenty of Cafes and shops. Great bus routes to Cabot Circus and the city centre is within close proximity.



• PROPERTY: This apartment is set over two floors. You enter a shared entrance hall on the ground floor, and up one flight of stairs to the communal rooms. The bedrooms are located up another small flight of stairs. The apartment consists of four equal sized double bedrooms, a large bright sitting / dining room, a kitchen, one shared bathroom and a shared separate toilet. The property has been recently refurbished and is presented to a high standard.



• SHARED SPACES: The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment and crockery you need throughout your stay. There is a designated kitchen cupboard and Fridge Freezer space for each sharer and there is a washer dryer. The living room has a beautiful large bay windows, tall ceilings and a lovely fire place, which is ideal for socialising. The bathroom consists of a shower over a bath.



• ROOM DETAILS: All rooms are fully furnished and has built in wardrobe spaces. Two rooms (room 1 and 2) have desks in the rooms. Room 3 and 4 have access to a shared desk space on the landing. All bedding is in included and are changed on a fortnightly basis. All doors are lockable and secure. Bedrooms are all located on the top floor (two flights of stairs). There are no TV's / aerials in rooms at this house.



• PARKING INFO: There is a driveway at the property however this is used by the other flats in the building, so it is on street parking only. There are no restrictions / Charges for parking on the street.



• INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: There is a visiting House Manager that cleans the communal areas on a daily basis to ensure the standards of the houses remain high. We also offer additional items free of charge, such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, laundry powder, cleaning materials etc. Clean bedding is supplied every 2 weeks. All Bills included, including broadband, council tax etc. Fast business internet throughout the house.



• HOUSE RULES: Our houses are for working professionals, over the age of 21, single occupancy only. Sorry no couples. You must also agree to our terms and conditions before your booking is confirmed. Pets are not permitted.



• BOOKING INFO: NO DEPOSIT, NO FEES. ALL BILLS INCLUDED, NO FIXED TERM CONTRACTS. Flexible, weekly bookings, no long term contracts. Rooms are available to book for a minimum of 1 week, Sunday to Sunday, and you can stay as long as you like.



• PAYMENT INFO: Only a £60 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount is taken on arrival. Payment is required by Wednesday midday each week to secure your room for the following week. Price is based on a 4 week booking only, bookings for less than 4 weeks will incur a £10 / week surcharge.
