• LOCATION: Located in Fishponds on a quiet street, within walking distance to Staple Hill and Fishponds road where there are plenty of shops, cafes and supermarkets. Less than 4 miles to the city centre and good bus routes available.

• PROPERTY: This property is a 3 storey house, consisting of 5 bedrooms, a shared living room / dining room, shared kitchen and one shared bathroom plus a separate WC. Both the W/C and bathroom are located on the First floor. Other communal space is on the ground floor.

'

• SHARED SPACES: The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment and crockery you need throughout your stay. There is a designated kitchen cupboard and Fridge Freezer space for each sharer and there is a washer and dryer in the utility room, which is free of charge. The living room is a cosy space with doors opening onto the courtyard garden, with a large sofa for relaxing in the sun.

• ROOM DETAILS: All our rooms are fully furnished, and include a desk space for working from home. All bedding is in included. All doors are lockable and secure. Rooms located on the ground floor or First floor. In this property we have an XL double room on the ground floor, and two good sized doubles and a small double located on the first floor. All rooms are bright and airy with lovely large windows.

• PARKING INFO: There is on street parking available – unrestricted, no charges.

• INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: There is a live in House Manager that cleans the communal areas on a daily basis to ensure the standards of the houses remain high. We also offer additional items free of charge, such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, laundry powder, cleaning materials etc. Clean bedding is supplied every 2 weeks. All Bills included.

• HOUSE RULES: Our houses are for working professionals, over the age of 21, single occupancy only. Sorry no couples and no pets. You must also agree to our terms and conditions before your booking is confirmed.

• BOOKING INFO: Flexible, weekly bookings, no long term contracts. Rooms are available to book for a minimum of 1 week, Sunday to Sunday, and you can stay as long as you like.

• PAYMENT INFO: NO DEPOSIT, NO FEES. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Only a £60 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount is taken on arrival. Payment is required by Wednesday midday each week to secure your room for the following week. If booking for four weeks or more, £10 per week will be discounted off the room rate.
