• LOCATION: Located in Cotham, this is within close walking distance to Gloucester Road, and easy access to the city centre and Clifton.

• UPSTAIRS PROPERTY: The upstairs part of the property is a 3 storey house consisting of 6 double rooms across three floors. There is a shared living room/ dining room, shared kitchen for four sharers, and another shared kitchen on the top floor for two sharers. There are two shared bathrooms, one on the top floor with a shower over a bath, and one on the ground floor with just a shower. There are also two ensuite rooms. Please note there are steep steps leading to the front door.

• BASEMENT PROPERTY: There is a separate basement flat that consists of 3 double bedrooms. There is a shared kitchen for 2 people, and one room contains its own kitchen. There is one shared bathroom with a shower over the bath. Note, there is no living room or dining room in this part of the property, but guests can use the living room in the main house if needed.

• SHARED SPACES: The Kitchens are fully equipped with all the cooking equipment and crockery you need throughout your stay. There is a designated kitchen cupboard and Fridge Freezer space for each sharer and there is a washer and dryer, which is free of charge to use. There is also a lovely front garden shared by all guests and great in the summer months.

• ROOM DETAILS: All our rooms are fully furnished, and include a desk space for working from home. All bedding is in included. All doors are lockable and secure. All rooms are doubles or large doubles.

• PARKING INFO: On street parking only, there are parking restrictions and charges in this area.

• INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: There is a live in House Manager that cleans the communal areas on a daily basis to ensure the standards of the houses remain high. We also offer additional items free of charge, such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, laundry powder, cleaning materials etc. Clean bedding is supplied every 2 weeks. All Bills included. Fast business internet throughout the house.

• HOUSE RULES: Our houses are for working professionals, over the age of 21, single occupancy only. Sorry no couples. You must also agree to our terms and conditions before your booking is confirmed.

• BOOKING INFO: Flexible, weekly bookings, no long term contracts. Rooms are available to book for a minimum of 1 week, Sunday to Sunday, and you can stay as long as you like.

• PAYMENT INFO: NO DEPOSIT, NO FEES. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Only a £60 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount is taken on arrival. Payment is required by Wednesday midday each week to secure your room for the following week. A £10 per week discount is applied for bookings of 4 weeks or more
